Are your rugs washable?
No. This is because all machine washable rugs are lower quality. We use a premium polyester chenille material that will resist most stains, so spot cleaning and vacuuming is all you should need to do. Some of our competitors offer overpriced rugs labeled as washable. Don't fall for their marketing gimmicks. Any rug will fade and break down after just one wash, and their floppy backing requires you to shell out extra money for their proprietary velcro rug pads so they don't furl up at the corners. Our rugs won't do that.
With regular care, machine washing is entirely unnecessary, even in the most high demanding environments. You can also use any spray-on fabric stain blocker for additional peace of mind, or gently hand wash if necessary.
Do you offer wholesale pricing?

Do you offer rug samples?
Yes! Our 1.5' x 2.5' rug size ships for free so they can be ordered as samples. Offer is limited to ship one for free for any design. Meaning you can order an unlimited number of designs in this size with free shipping. However, our normal shipping rates will kick in if you add additional products in any other size, or a quantity greater than 1 for the same design.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Our rugs are made to order in the United States. Most orders will ship in 1-3 business days, but you can expect a maximum of 5 business days for production and handling. After production, shipping in the US will take anywhere from 3-10 days depending on the order size and your location. In total, it can take anywhere from 4-14 days to receive your order from the time it's placed.
Can I Return my Rug?
Of course. We are able to accept returns within 30 days of when an order was placed. If the rug is intended as gifts or other circumstances, and you need more than 30 days, reach out to customer service and we should be able to help you out.
